The Mission of the Topeka Driving School, the Drive-Right Schools of Wichita, Lawrence, Johnson County, and the Little Apple Driving School in Manhattan is to prepare students to become successful defensive drivers.
To provide an academic and a practical driving program to enhance the development of each student so that he or she may become a safe and successful defensive driver.
To provide a learning environment that will enable each student to reach his or her full potential and to develop a positive attitude and self-confidence in their driving abilities.
Bill Kennedy, owner of the Topeka Driving School, the Drive-Right Schools of Wichita, Lawrence, Johnson County, and the Little Apple Driving School in Manhattan, has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kansas State University and a Masters Degree in Education from Washburn University. He has been a teacher for over 24 years and is owner of the largest driving school in the State of Kansas. His academic curriculum is centered around defensive driving philosophies.

Don't give a "false signal" - this is when you would signal too early before making a turn or you forget to turn off the turn signals after a lane change. The other drivers may be too trusting, concerning your false signal, and pull-out in front of you, thinking you are going to turn in the direction your turn signal indicates.
