Bill Kennedy has spent most of his life in Topeka, Kansas. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas and earned his Master’s Degree in Education from Washburn University in Topeka. Bill has been a teacher and coach for over 25 years. For the past 20 years, he has been the owner of the largest driving school in the state of Kansas, serving more than 20,000 students. He has developed a clinical and in-car assessment for senior drivers, assessing various levels of their driving ability. Bill has also written several books on safe driving and a variety of different academic curricula for various levels of driving instruction.
